What You'll Do
As a Barista at Judhur, you’ll help create the experience our customers remember.
You’ll:
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
- Follow Judhur recipes and quality standards consistently
- Welcome customers and make them feel at home
- Provide friendly, genuine hospitality
- Build relationships with customers and teammates
- Work efficiently and confidently during busy rushes
- Take orders and accurately handle cash and card payments
- Keep the café clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
- Help with stocking, inventory, opening/closing, and daily café responsibilities
- Learn our menu, products, recipes, and service standards
- Continue developing your coffee and hospitality skills
- Support and help your teammates whenever needed
- Jump in wherever the Judhur team needs you
Who We're Looking For
You don’t need to know everything about coffee on Day 1. We can teach you coffee. We can’t teach you to care about people.
Previous barista experience is a plus, especially experience with espresso, specialty drinks, or a busy café environment. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is:

- Willing to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proud of the work they do
- A good communicator
- Flexible with their schedule
- Available for weekends
- Genuinely enjoys working with people
- Previous coffee, restaurant, or customer-service experience is great, but attitude, personality, reliability, and work ethic matter just as much.
