Job Opportunities at Judhur Café
Barista
As a Barista at Judhur, you’ll help create the experience our customers remember. You’ll prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages while following Judhur recipes and quality standards. You’ll welcome customers, take orders, handle payments, and keep the café clean, organized, and stocked. You’ll build relationships with customers and teammates, continue developing your skills, and jump in wherever the Judhur team needs you.
Shift Lead
As a Shift Lead, you’re more than an experienced Barista. You’re a leader, coach, problem-solver, and role model for the team. You’ll help keep the café running smoothly, support your team, take care of customers, monitor inventory, communicate with management, and step in wherever you’re needed.
When you’re leading the shift, you’re responsible for the shift.
Cashier
As a Cashier, you’re often the first person our customers meet, which means you play a huge part in the Judhur experience. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, dependable, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people. You’ll take orders, answer questions, handle transactions, keep things moving during busy periods, and work closely with our Baristas and Shift Leads to make sure every customer has a great experience.
