Role
As a Cashier, you’re often the first person our customers meet, which means you play a huge part in the Judhur experience. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, dependable, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people. You’ll take orders, answer questions, handle transactions, keep things moving during busy periods, and work closely with our Baristas and Shift Leads to make sure every customer has a great experience.
What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take orders and accurately process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Learn our menu so you can answer questions and make recommendations
- Build relationships with our regulars and get to know our community
- Keep the line moving while never making customers feel rushed
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system
- Help keep the front counter, dining area, and café clean and organized
- Restock cups, lids, merchandise, food, and other supplies
- Communicate clearly with Broistas and Shift Leads
- Help troubleshoot basic POS or order issues
- Jump in and help your Judhur family wherever needed
Who We're Looking For
Experience working as a cashier, barista, or in customer service is a strong plus, but we’re willing to train someone with the right attitude and personality. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
- Dependable and shows up ready to work
- Positive and fun to be around
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate when handling money and taking orders
- A strong communicator
- Willing to learn
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Able to stay calm when things get busy
- Willing to jump in instead of saying, “That’s not my job”
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
